“Edgar, the owner, came out originally to diagnose one of my A/C units not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a damaged circuit board, which he was able to retrieve from his supplier and replace within a couple of hours. However, while examining the unit, he found that the evaporator coil was leaking. He recommended replacing it, and said he could come out in a couple of days to do that job. In the quote he provided, he included a free charge of freon to the system to get through the next couple of days as long as we used him to replace the coil. In the meantime, I checked pricing from another HVAC company, and it was slightly less than Edgar's quote. Edgar showed up with an assistant on Thursday morning as promised and had the new coil in within about 3 hours. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism.”John W.

“I spoke to Edgar on Wednesday a.m. , explained we were told we needed a new HVAC system. I felt a second opinion was needed. Edgar scheduled to meet that afternoon. After checking the system, he immediately told us the furnace was very good and did not need replacing, he expected it would survive at least another 10 years. He explained a/c problems and they could be repaired with parts . Due to cost of replacement parts and age of unit, we felt it prudent to replace instead of repair. We discussed the brands we were interested in. Edgar had tremendous knowledge on each brand and was thorough in his explanation of each. He didn't try to rush us through our questions. Later that evening he sent quotes on the four we spoke about. The prices were very fair. His crews were booked through mid part of following week. During our initial conversation, I mentioned we had out of town guest coming for the weekend. He was concerned and said he would come by Friday evening or Saturday a.m. to add Freon to get us through the weekend. Thursday evening Edgar called to say he had our parts and he would install Friday morning! We were very happy and impressed that he was concerned for our comfort and weekend company.
