No Regrets Switching to Nu-Air
I switched my service to Nu-Air a year ago. No regrets. Edgar is on top of his business. He comes out quickly for emergencies. He recently put a part on my unit which will extend the life of the unit a few more years. My unit is 18 years old. My refrigerator went out during the storm, and Edgar brought me an ice chest to use until the new fridge arrived. He cares about his customers.

Michel is a great service technician. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and a true professional. He quickly diagnosed our HVAC system and found that the previous work done by a different company needed to be rectified. He installed the equipment the correct way (appropriately right side up vs. the incorrect upside-down installation from the previous company) and used the appropriate-sized capacitor as opposed to the undersized capacitor in place (again from the previous company).
All of the questions I had were quickly answered and explained thoroughly. Again, his service was efficient and professional. He is an asset to the company and his customers. I will use Nu-Air and request Michel for all future HVAC needs and can wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation.

Nu-Air does a great job. I’ve had these guys come out to my house on several occasions. They do quality work in a timely manner. The technicians are always friendly and explain their findings and what is needed for repairs. However, they do upcharge a significant amount for parts ($200+ for a $40 capacitor, $600+ for a $200 fan motor). But in fairness, they always tell you what it costs and get your approval before doing anything. So you’re not blindsided when you get the bill. Bottom line, they do good work and get it done quickly. If you value getting things repaired fast, paying a bit more for parts may be worth it.
